| Enterprise
Digital Hosting (www.enterprisedigital.net)
have announced the installation of
the new Billing and Tech Support
system as part of their continuing
expansion and improvement in
services. |

The old system is being replaced
with
WHM Autopilot.
By the end of 2003
all aspects of the Billing, Support
and Account Management will be
integrated enabling EDH to provide
better Sales and Support to clients. |

Enterprise Digital's Chief of
Operations Mike Jackson described
the transition to the new system as
"the smoothest I've ever seen," in
an operation which took just two
days to complete with no
interruption to service. |

| He
went on to explain "We knew for some
time the old system was
deteriorating. We were spending more
and more time fixing it and it was
threatening to affect customer
service. When the sign-up system
broke again last Friday the CEO
decided enough was enough." |

| It
didn't take long to find a
replacement system. "The CEO sent me
the link to
WHM Autopilot.
Our
initial reaction was 'Wow!' The only
thing that impressed us more than
the system was the service. Within 8
minutes of receiving our initial
enquiry on Saturday afternoon they
had responded and by Monday the new
Billing system was up and running." |
