1) First, we would like you to understand that you are solely responsible for the administration of any domain name that Enterprise Digital may have registered for you once it is transferred into your name or you close your account whichever may come first. Enterprise Digital transfers ownership of all domain names at the 9month mark in your service or at the customers request (no transfer can be made within the first 3 months or domain name registration per GoDaddy regulations). You should either have the information that was sent to you for transfer by GoDaddy or once you close your account a transfer will be sent through on your behalf. Once you have closed your account, Enterprise Digital will no longer hold any of your information for future domain name issues. However, should you have any questions regarding your domain, we will do what we can to help you with your questions.

2) Second, once you have closed your account with us, you will be unable to retrieve any of your files from our servers. Once your account has been closed all of your information will be deleted and only accessible via backup. Should you require any of the files be retrieved from our backup for up to 3 days after your cancellation, you will be billed $50 if we are able to retrieve your files.
